Monolithic Solid Core — Single Species, Edge-Glued. Full-length White Oak staves bonded with Type I waterproof adhesive in a traditional stile-and-rail frame. No mixed-species filler. Provides genuine screw-holding depth for heavy hardware and produces a solid, resonant knock with zero hollow echo.
Pre-Hung Structural Frame with Adjustable Hinges. Three hinges per leaf in matte black 304 stainless steel. Symmetrical hinge prep allows the active leaf to be designated left or right on site. Full-perimeter silicone bulb compression seal, aluminum thermal-break sill, and integrated T-astragal are factory-installed.
Corrosion-Resistant Hardware Suite. Vertical grip plates in 304 stainless steel with matte black. Schlage C keyway prep with 2-1/8" bore and adjustable 2-3/8" to 2-3/4" backset, compatible with most residential smart locks. Concealed wire channel routing available for hardwired access control
